Menu Plan Monday - 7/6 - 7/12


Here's a look at what we're eating this week. Our first week on the all-natural food only restriction. I think this will be very interesting and looking forward to the challenge. I will probably be making different food for the girls, or at least adding a meat to their dinners to give them some protein and well, so that they'll eat! I'm excited. LOTS of new recipes to try!


For Breakfasts - apples, cherries, blueberries, nectarines, plums


For Lunches - salad!


For Supper:


Monday - Veggie/Tofu StirFry & brown rice


Wednesday - Mexican Potato Pancakes/guacamole/homemade tortilla chips

Thursday - Leftovers

Friday - Homemade Flatbread Sandwiches/homemade french fries


Sunday - Birthday Celebration for my Daddi-o! (May have to take a break and eat meat on this one!)


For Snacks:


Celery w/all natural peanut butter

Dill Pickles

Nuts

Seeds

Rice Cakes w/all natural peanut butter

Hummus & whole wheat pita chips

Veggies

Trail mix

Popcorn
