Keep your eyes peeled for those Halloween candy bargains! Last year, I cleaned up! Makes for very cheap Trick or Treating.
Go here for 1.00/1 Nestle bagged candy and 1.00/1 Wonka bagged candy. But, don't forget to pair them up with a sale! If you have access to a lot of computers, stock up on coupons, then stock up on candy!
