I love, love, love, LOVE this system of making meals up ahead of time. My week is so much more STRESS-FREE using this. This is my 3rd week in a row, so I'm geeked!
Here's what's on the Menu for this week, specific days are subject to change as Hubs desires :)
Monday - 7 Layer Rice Casserole
Wednesday - Hamburgers, Waffle Fries & Peas
Thursday - Breakfast for Dinner! Sausage Egg Muffins
Friday - Nachos & Chili Dogs
Sunday - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & salad
Just an FYI, I made this same rice casserole last week. We didn't like it very much. Maybe it was my flavor of our bacon we used but I wished I would of left it off. Also, the recipe says to use a 2 qt dish so I used my 8x8 glass dish which says 2 qt on the bottom. It boiled over really bad so I would suggest using a deep dish so you don't have a mess in your oven!

Thanks for the tip! I snatched the recipe from your site, cuz I thought it looked so tasty and both my girls are rice fans. Maybe I'll see if I can modify it a little with something besides bacon...
